Nomination process in Oscar

Member's 4rm each of branches vote 2 determine the nominee's in their respective categories like actor nominate's actors. In animated nd foreign language categories. Nominations r selected by a vote of multi.branch screening committees. All voting members r eligible 2 select the best picture nominees. The nomination ballots r mailed 2 active members in late dec n the final nomination r announced in the 3rd week of jan. The final nomination ballots r re'sent 2 the members 4 voting nd each member can vote 4 all category except animation short film, documentary feature's, documentary short subject, and foreign language film in which the members can only vote after attesting that they have seen all of the nominated films in those categories. After the tabulation of final ballots, only two partners of Pricewaterhousecooper's know the result's untill the envelopes r opened onstage during the presentation
